Uncle Infinity - And the incredible journey through time -

What´s behind such a peculiar name you may ask? And who might that Uncle be?

Well, at this point we can not to say too much, but take our word on that the company of this Mr will be both challenging and rewarding. Especially if you are of the curious kind. The kind that likes to explore the very basic conditions of existence.

Today we give you some hints on what to expect from this journey as it will be our next publication here at Hinsides;

The first drafts of this very special story came about over twenty years ago. The author was then in his late teens and had some seriously introspective years behind him. A period of time that he later described as something of a paradox and we here at Hinsides publications are of course excited to be presenting the artistic interpretation of this enigma.

In consultation and agreement with us at Hinsides, he has chosen to publish it under the pseudonym D. Aeterna, which of course is a deliberate reference to the main character of the story.

It´s therefore no secret that this basically is a self-experienced journey;

“presented through an allegorical graphic novel that is neither a traditional short story or a comic, but something in between.”

Yes, there will be both a Swedish and English version of this release, just because we thought it would be nice to offer this to our native followers. The complete story is told in 20 pages where image and text works inseparable to offer you as a reader just enough information to figure out the plot yourself. A formula that took the author/artist no less than two decades to figure out and find the right costume for. Well, perhaps it wasn't worked on full time all these years, but we know for a fact that it was re-worked at least two-three times before the originator became happy with it. The early sketches also holds the initial title: “Statisk Tidsrymd” (Static Age) which also were a name of a notorious underground music distributor at the time.

So, in a not too distant future, we will be able to give you a release date for both the Swedish and English editions of this work as we right now are discussing with the printing plant what would be the best way to materialize this very special outcome. Stay tuned, and remember; Only paper is real!
